Terms and Conditions
Cash unless other arrangements have been made. Each animal will be sold to the highest bidder. The auctioneer shall settle any dispute as to bids. No cattle will be released until after settlement has been made. The responsibility for liability is transferred to the buyer upon payment. The utmost care will be given to all animals until delivery, but delivery itself will be at the risk of the buyer.

Health
Every animal in the sale is, to the best of our knowledge and preparation, free from any disease or defect and can be transported across any state line. All sale cattle have been vaccinated with an 8-way Clostridial vaccine and 4-way Respiratory. All bulls have passed a breeding soundness exam including a negative trichomoniasis test.
Guarantee
Any problems with the animal should be brought to our attention within 11 months of purchase. We do not insure death loss of the animal. After purchasing and taking possession of the animal it is the buyers responsibility to insure said animal in case of death loss. All guarantees apply to reasonable use and conditions where we as breeders are responsible for the failure of the animal in question. A full money back guarantee will be given. Buyer can choose either a credit at the following sale or, when possible, a replacement of an animal with one of equal value.
